Refund Policy
Thank you for using QuizTime, a live quiz application that offers exciting quizzes. We strive to provide you with an enjoyable and rewarding experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued for entry fees in the following circumstances:
a. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical difficulties caused due to overload, malfunction or breaking down of our servers during a quiz that significantly impacted your ability to participate or enjoy the event, you may be eligible for a refund.
b. Cancellation: In the event that we cancel a scheduled quiz for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, unforeseen circumstances, or insufficient participation, refunds will be issued automatically.
c. Double Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same quiz entry, you are eligible for a refund for the duplicate charge.
Refunds will not be issued for reasons other than those mentioned above, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with quiz content, personal scheduling conflicts, slow internet on player's device or inability to win prizes.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be issued to the wallet of the registered players within 24 hours of initiation.
Refunds are non-transferable and can only be issued to the individual who made the original payment.
Changes to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the app.
